Services That May Not Be Covered by Insurance

Some of the specialized services offered at Heller Healthcare are considered elective or wellness services and are often not covered by insurance.

 

These may include:

• Functional Medicine

• Weight Loss Programs

• Red Light Therapy

• Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine 

• Nutritional Supplements

• Certain Laboratory tests

• Wellness services not considered medically necessary by your insurance plan.

Medicare Patients

Medicare covers chiropractic treatments only when it is medically necessary for the correction of a spinal subluxation. Medicare does not cover maintenance or wellness care and generally does not cover exams, X-rays, extremities or therapies.

Out of Network Insurance

If we are not participating with your insurance plan, you will still be able to receive care at Heller Healthcare. Our team will gladly submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. You may be asked to pay for services in full at the time of service.
